Oranges carry a high amount of polyphenols that have antioxidant, anti-viral, anti-allergenic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-carcinogenic – effects. Oranges are beneficial for brain function in regards to learning and memory. The best time of year to select oranges is October - June.
